Project Title: Kalat Ko, Sagot Ko

Problem Statement: 25% (166 out of 662) of the students improperly dispose their garbage in the
school.

Project Objective Statement: 10% (66 out of 662) of the students improperly dispose their garbage in
the school.

Root Cause: Students are not cooperating well in the implementation of the program and they lack self-
discipline
