Sebagai upaya mewujudkan pelayanan kesehatan yang menyeluruh bagi peserta

Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) serta sehubungan dengan implementasi dan evaluasi
sistem rujukan online. dengan ini kami sampaikan beberapa hal sebagai berikut :

1. Terima kasih atas koordinasi dan kerja sama yang baik dalam mendukung dan
memberikan pelayanan terbaik terhadap peserta JKN-KIS selama ini.
2. Salah satu komponen penting dalam sistem rujukan berjenjang adalah pemetaan
kompetensi yang dapat dituntaska'n di FKTP (peer review). Saat ini telah dilaksanakan
pengembangan frtur pada aplikasi HFIS yang dapat memfasilitasi FKTP melakukan
pemutakhiran (update) data KBK dan Diagnosa Non-Spesialistik. Fitur tersebut,
meliputi :
a. Flagging data FKTP yang belum melaksanakan KBK dan telah melaksanakan KBK
(dengan konsekuensi)
b. Pemutakhiran (update) data referensi kode diagnosa yang mampu dan tidak
mampu ditangani oleh FKTP (Peer review) mengacu pada kode diagnosa
kompetensi 4A dalam PMK No. 5 Tahun 2014 tentang panduan Praktik Klinis
Dokter di Fasilitas Kesehatan Pelayanan Primer.
3. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut di atas, Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP)
agar dapat :
a. Melakukan pemutakhiran (update) data KBK pada aplikasi HFIS. Bagi FKTP yang
telah melaksanakan KBK, mohon apat dipastikan kolom KBK pada aplikasi HFIS
terisi "Ya" dan jika belum. kolom KBK pada aplikasi HFIS dapat di isi "Tidak".
b. Menyesuaikan kompetensidokter umum di FKTP pada aplikasi HFIS merujuk pada
PMK tersebut serta melakukan input Profil Kompetensi diagnosa mampu dan tidak
mampu ditangani oleh FKTP (peer review) paling lambat hari Jumat, 28 September
2018 (diagnosa dengan kompetensi 4A sebagai bahan peer review terlampir) .

 c. Melakukan update peer review minimal setiap 6 (enam) bulan atau jika terdapat
perubahan kompetensi/sarana parasarana di FKTP.

Data Profil Kompetensi diagnosa mampu dan tidak mampu ditangani oleh FKTP (peer
review) yang telah di update dijadikan sebagai dasar acuan penilaian KBK untuk indikator
Rasio Rujukan Non Spesialistik (RRNS) mulai bulan Oktober 2018 .
