Deal Amount : Tk. 149,55,000.00 (Taka One Core Forty Nine Lac Fifty Five Thousand
Only) according to Approval no-C1777-1-1 & C1776-1-1

We had a booking of 1 unit of Mitsubishi Outlander (CKD) on this year’s Motor Show. On the Motor Show, we
had a special campaign offer including “Gift Voucher valued BDT 50,000 from RIL” and a “Dinner Coupon”.
However, our client asked for an additional coupon from RIL valued BDT 50,000 instead of further discount on
the vehicle price. So I would like to request our management to consider our valued client’s request for
maintaining a good relationship for future purpose.

The mentioned amount is required from free service refundable (approval sheets attached) to procure 01 unit
1.5 Ton Panasonic Inverter AC (quotation attached) for the client against supply of 03 units L-200.
