1/2 4900 blk Old Tavern Rd—2225 hrs— Residential burglary-suspect injured by gun shot, two suspects in custody.
Matthew Darolyn Hawkes, 39, of Marshall is charged with burglary at night while armed, conspiracy to commit burglary,
conspiracy to commit abduction and wearing a mask in public. He is currently in law enforcement custody at a hospital in
Fairfax, Va. George Cornelius Grant, 39, of Marshall is charged with conspiracy to commit burglary, conspiracy to commit
abduction and violation of a protective order. Grant was held with no bond at the Fauquier County Adult Detention
Center.

Threatening Bodily Harm.

to be wanted out of Fauquier County and served for Failure to Appear and also charged with Possession of Marijuana. A
summons was also issued for Expired Rejection Sticker.

1/2 6300 blk Independence Ave —1235 hrs—Units responded to a report of reckless driving. As a result, Rafael Paredes,
34 of Manassas, was taken into custody for DUI and Driving Revoked.
