ASIMTOMATIK DI DESA LEMPASING


PESAWARAN TAHUN 2016

ABSTRAK

Latar Belakang:

Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan karakteristik dengan malaria asimtomatik di desa

Lempasing Pesawaran tahun 2016.

Metode: Jenis penelitian adalah analitik eksperimental dengan pendekatan cross

sectional dengan populasi 80% dari jumlah penduduk desa Lempasing,

Pesawaran. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random

sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pemeriksaan darah dengan

mikroskopis dan kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden. Data diolah menggunakan

uji distribusi frekuensi dan uji chi square dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS.

ABSTRACT

Background: At the end of their study, medical students must follow UKMPPD
(Competency Test Student Doctor Profession Program) to be passed and earned
his medical profession. Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education
(Menristekdikti) Mohamad Nasir, said that this time the results of graduation
UKMPPD each university is diverse, there is even below 30%. Based on the
results Period UKMPPD Batch 2, 2016 FK UNIMAL is ranked 39th out of 70
National FK, with a percentage of graduation of 44.85%, which graduated 74
participants out of 165 examinees. In the period of Batch 1 2016, the percentage
of graduation FK UNIMAL 38% and 4 batch period in 2015, the percentage of
graduation FK UNIMAL 35%.
Stressor exam is one of the most commonly experienced by medical students and
the body will respond to the stressors in the form of anxiety. Anxiety itself will
affect the performance of students when the exam so the impact on exam results.
Based on this, the researchers are interested in examining the relationship anxiety
with the results of the competency test student medical profession (UKMPPD) the
period of November 2016 at the medical faculty of the University of Malahayati.

Objective: This study conducted to analyze the correlation of anxiety with the
results of the competency test student medical profession ( UKMPPD ) the period
of November 2016 at the medical faculty of the University of Malahayati

Methods: This type of research is analytical observation with a prospective


approach and analyzed by univariate and bivariate . The study population was all
the students who follow the program the student competency test the medical
profession ( UKMPPD ) in the period November 2016 Malahayati University
School of Medicine . The sampling in this research using random sampling
techniques , so on get the total sample of 72 respondents . Capturing data in this
study using a questionnaire with a questionnaire technique HRS - A and retrieval
of data from the announcement of the results UKMPPD by a national committee
of student competency testing program medical profession ( PNUKMPPD ) . The
data were processed using the frequency distribution test and chi square test .

Results: Students of class 2015 as many as 20 (27.7%), class of 2014 a total of 14


(19.4%) of respondents, class in 2013 were 38 (52.7%) of respondents, frequency
users fixed orthodontic appliance in men by 11 (15.2%) of respondents and 61
women (84.7%) of respondents, frequency of users of fixed orthodontic appliance
at age <20tahun as many as 9 (12.5%) of respondents and age ≥20 years were 63
(87.5%) of respondents, frequency of correct installation of fixed orthodontic
appliance with 66 (91.6%) of respondents and one 6 (8.3%) of respondents,
frequency of treatment either fixed orthodontic appliance as many as 36 (50%) of
respondents and both were 36 (50%) of respondents, frequency of maintenance of
teeth and mouth cavity either by 65 (90.3%) of respondents and not good at 7
(9.7%) respondents. With somers'd test p value = 0.027 for installation of fixed
orthodontic appliance on the incidence of periodontal disease, p value = 0.000 at a
fixed orthodontic appliance treatment on the incidence of periodontal disease, and
p value= 0.012 in the maintenance of teeth and mouth cavity on the incidence of
periodontal disease.

Conclusion: author found that there is correlation between using of fixed


orthodontic appliance and the incidence happened of periodontal disease on a
presence studentsof General Medical Faculty University of Malahayati Bandar
Lampung.

ABSTRAK

Pada akhir masa studinya, para mahasiswa kedokteran harus mengikuti UKMPPD (Uji
Kompetensi Mahasiswa Program Profesi Dokter) agar bisa dinyatakan lulus dan
mendapatkan gelar profesi dokter. Ujian merupakan salah satu stressor yang paling sering
dialami oleh mahasiwa kedokteran dan tubuh akan merespon stressor tersebut dalam
bentuk perasaan cemas. Kecemasan itu sendiri akan mempengaruhi performa mahasiswa
ketika ujian. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti hubungan kecemasan
dengan hasil uji kompetensi mahasiswa program profesi dokter (UKMPPD) periode
November 2016 di fakultas kedokteran Universitas Malahayati. Tujuan penelitian ini
adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kecemasan dengan hasil uji kompetensi mahasiswa
program profesi dokter (UKMPPD) periode November 2016 di fakultas kedokteran
Universitas Malahayati. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan
analitik prospektif, dilakukan pada tanggal tanggal 5-10 November 2016 di Fakultas
Kedokteran, Universitas Malahayati. Sampel adalah semua populasi mahasiswa Fakultas
Kedokteran Universitas Malahayati, yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi,
berjumlah 133 responden. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuisoner Hamilton Anxiety
Rating Scale (HRS-A). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan mayoritas responden
mengalami kecemasan ringan yaitu sebesar 58.7%. Pada umumnya responden yang
mengalami kecemasan ringan ditemukan pada responden yang berjenis kelamin laki-
laki (60.2%), berumur 23 tahun (57.5%), beragama Hindu (56.2%), baru pertama
kali mengikuti UKMPPD (59.1%) dan mengikuti bimbingan belajar UKMPPD diluar
kampus (64.2%). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut diharapkan institusi pendidikan dokter untuk
lebih proaktif dalam membantu mahasiswanya dalam menghadapi UKMPPD. Dengan
harapan agar mahasiswa kedokteran siap dapat memberikan performa yang maksimal
ketika menghadapi UKMPPD ini.

PREVALENCE OF ANXIETY AMONG MEDICAL STUDENTS THAT

PARTICIPATE UKMPPD IN FACULTY OF MEDICINE,

UDAYANA UNIVERSITY

ABSTRACT

At the end of the study, every medical student must participate UKMPPD (Test of
Professional Doctor Student Competence) to be passed and earned their medical
profession. Exam is one of the stressors that are often experienced by the medical
students and the body responds to stressors in the form of anxiety. Anxiety itself
will affect the performance of the students when the exam. Based on this,
researchers interested in studying the prevalence of anxiety in medical students.
The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of the prevalence of
anxiety in medical students who participated UKMPPD in Udayana
University. This research was quantitative descriptive cross sectional design.
The research was conducted on 8-12 March 2015 at the Faculty of Medicine,
University of Udayana. The sample population was all students of the Faculty of
Medicine, University of Udayana, who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria,
totaling 133 respondents. The data were obtained by using Hamilton Anxiety
Rating Scale (HRS-A) questionnaire. Based on the results, the majority of
respondents experienced mild anxiety that is equal to 58.7% . In general,
respondents who experienced mild anxiety found in respondents male sex
(60.2%), aged 23 years (57.5%), Hindus (56.2%) , for the first time following
the UKMPPD (59.1%) and follow tutoring UKMPPD off campus (64.2%).
Based on these results expected medical education institutions to be more
proactive in helping students to the face UKMPPD. With hope that medical
students are ready to perform well when facing the
UKMPPD.

ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Pada akhir masa studinya, para mahasiswa kedokteran harus
mengikuti UKMPPD (Uji Kompetensi Mahasiswa Program Profesi Dokter) agar

mahasiswa program profesi dokter (UKMPPD) periode November 2016 di
fakultas kedokteran Universitas Malahayati.

Metode: Jenis penelitian adalah analitik observasi dengan pendekatan prospektif


dan dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat. Sampel penelitian ini adalah
berjumlah 72 responden dari mahasiswa yang mengikuti uji kompetensi
mahasiswa program profesi dokter (UKMPPD). Data diolah menggunakan uji
distribusi frekuensi dan uji chi square.

Hasil : Frekuensi pemakai alat ortodonti cekat pada angkatan 2015 sebanyak
20 (27,7%)responden, 2014 sebanyak 14 (19,4%) responden, 2013 sebanyak
38 (52,7%) responden, pada laki-laki sebanyak 11 (15,2%) responden dan
perempuan 61 (84,7%) responden, pada usia <20tahun sebanyak 9 (12,5%)
responden dan usia ≥20 tahun sebanyak 63 (87,5%) responden, frekuensi
pemasangan alat ortodonti cekat benar sebanyak 66 (91,6%) responden dan
salah sebanyak 6 (8,3%) responden, frekuensi perawatan alat ortodonti cekat
baik sebanyak 36 (50%) responden dan tidak baik sebanyak 36 (50%)
responden, frekuensi pemeliharaan rongga gigi dan mulut baik sebanyak 65
(90,3%) responden dan tidak baik sebanyak 7 (9,7%) responden. Dengan uji
somers‟d didapatkan nilai p=0.027 pada pemasangan alat ortodonti cekat
terhadap kejadian penyakit periodontal, nilai p=0.000 pada perawatan alat
ortodonti cekat terhadap kejadian penyakit periodontal, dan nilai p=0.012
pada pemeliharaan rongga gigi dan mulut terhadap kejadian penyakit
periodontal.

Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan kecemasan dengan hasil uji kompetensi


mahasiswa program profesi dokter (UKMPPD) periode November 2016 di
fakultas kedokteran Universitas Malahayati.
