The faculty meeting started at exactly 3:00 PM at Grade 7-St. Angela room. It was started
by a prayer led by Mr. Joselito Valdez.

 II. Preliminaries
The PTA Meeting was headed Sir Edwin Tandayu, OSAS Coordinator and Sir ER
Monterubio, SHS Coordinator. They facilitated the discussions about the different
agendum.

III. Meeting Proper

 Discussion of students’ performance in the classroom
 Sir ER and Mdm. Lei introduce the project of school, that is, the installment
of television as instructional materials in the classroom. The majority agreed
that 50% of the budget will come from the fund of PTA and a letter will be
addressed to the President noted by the Principal.
 Sir ER explained that it will be used for educational purposes.

IV. Adjournment
The meeting was ended through singing the SFC Hymn.
