The Owner of machinery has a liability to inform and when necessary to train according to the content of this Bulletin all the
personnel (like operators, maintenance personnel) whom this Bulletin concerns.
On Sandvik LH410 loaders, the material thickness of the bucket hydraulics pressure pipe (see Illustration 1)
and tilt cylinder pipe (see Illustration 2 and 3) have been strengthened, with the material thickness of the
pipes being increased from 3mm to 4mm. This change improves the pressure durability of the bucket
hydraulics pressure pipe and extends the service life of both pipes. New pipes are interchangeable with the
previous type of pipes.
Sandvik recommends that customers change the bucket hydraulics pressure pipe and tilt cylinder piping as a
failure preventive measure during the next scheduled maintenance.
