Set up a Sales & Marketing strategy for the increase of the metallic membranes’ sales, at Bekaert, in
France. Give ideas to the Group for new ranges of products and launched them in Europe (with Sales
& Marketing strategies for different markets). Turnover: 1,1M€ in 8 months.
Increase the turnover of S.C.T (Industrial Products in Ceramic) from 7 to 11 M€ in 3 years.
Manage more than 50 commercial persons (including the representatives), in SCT. Manage other
Departments (Finance, Manufacturing, R&D, Logistics…).
Create the Petroleum Department from scratch of Pall France Industries, launch several technical
products, with a turnover of 1.5 M€ after one year (increase> 1M€ per year).
Set up in 8 months, for PALL France Industries(petroleum, food & beverage, fine chemistry…) the first
operational distributors’ network in the Middle East and in 2 years, CA Middle-East: 1.5M€ and a large
amount of contacts (Engineering offices, licensors, owners, operators...)
Set up a Marketing Strategy based on quality and pay back on investment to penetrate the Chemical
activity, used to low price filters: In 2 years, + 40% ( gain:1.2M€).
Change the brand name, the packaging of a range of automotive products, sold in automotive centers
which resulted in an increase of 50% (Turnover 1989:6M€).
