Uji Sensitivitas dan spesifisitas kadar glukosa darah puasa kapiler sebagai prediktor
Prediabetes
ABSTRACT
Sensitivity And Specificity Test Of Capillary Fasting Blood Glucose Levels As Predictors Of
Prediabetes
Prediabetes is a temporary condition before diabetes which increases the risk of type 2
diabetes. Prediabetes includes Interrupted Fasting Blood Glucose (GDPT) and / or Interrupted
Glucose Tolerance (TGT). GDPT and TGT examination can use both venous and capillary
blood samples. The purpose of this study was to determine the value of sensitivity and
specificity of fasting blood sugar examination using capillary blood samples. Design,
Observational analytic study with cross sectional approach. Samples taken from Dwi
Uswatun's research in 2016 were 93 people. Analysis used 2x2 tables and ROC. The results
showed a sensitivity value of 50% and a specificity of 98% and an AUC value of 78.6. with
this percentage value the use of capillary blood samples as a prediabetes predictor can be
recommended.
