In the first result, there is a letter that Joint Chiefs of Staff had sent to MacArthur. The
y are talking about their opinion about MacArthur’s plan. They gave an unanimous ap
provals of the operation, which means that MacArthur’s plan was possible. This helpe
d us to know about the progress before the operation, and how he got permission to su
pervise the army.

This is a newspaper about an interview with a 88 year-old man. He tells his experienc
e about the operation and how it was difficult physically and mentally. Nobody greete
d him when he arrived to his home country. Also he expresses regret that the war was
called forgotten war. This was useful because it contains soldier’s thoughts during the

mmander to The white house. The letter was a disadvantages situation for South Kore

e army. It helped me a lot because I can know the horrifying conditions back then. Vid
eos are the most helpful source because it is able to visualize the scene of the war. Als
