M/Utest assy as follo ‘stand of 5” HWDP + test plug + 1 jt of 5 DP + SES + FOSV + Grey valve (IBOP) + 5° Pup Joint (test plug hand tide) and set test plug into well head (8.9 m from rig floor). 5. Connect TDS. 6. Make sure to remove plug from test plug. Remove spring from NRV valve. 7. Flush BOP with water via kil choke manifold - poor boy degasser. 8 9. |. Open 2-1/16" x 5 K side outlet valve in 13-5/8” CHH. Fill annulus with water, 10. Line up test u 11. Pressure test as per program attached to 300/3800 psi in 5/10 min (annular BOP to 3500 psi). 12. Break out test assy from test plug and POOH. 0 side entry sub with low torque valve. 13. Closed blind rams connect test line to kill line. 14. Close blind rams pressure test 300/ 3800 psi in 5-10 min, 15, Retrieve test plug. 16. Close 2-1/16" x 5K side outlet valve in 13-5/8” CHH. 17. Next operation rig up Tesco for running 9-5/8" csg. Detai structions followed. 18. Driller to make sure trip tank runs all time when wellbore open 19. Geoservice to monitor losses and report to WSS. Wwe to DO: Clean casing threads.
