MOTION FOR REDUCTION OF BAIL

COMES NOW, that the undersigned accused come unto this Honorable Court
most respectfully prayed:

1. That the bail recommended for the above-mentioned accused were fixed at
P16,000.00 for Criminal case no. 13-2013-488 (Estafa) and P20,000.00 for
Criminal Case no. 13-2013-489 (Theft) for a total of P36,000.00;

2. That the accused cannot afford to post the entire amount as recommended due to
financial constraints;

3. That the accused begs for the kind indulgence and consideration of the Honorable
Court to reduce the bail recommended from the total of P36,000.00 to P18,000.00
for these cases, to be posted in Cash Bond.

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing it is most respectfully prayed for that the
bail recommended be reduced from P 36,000.00 to P 18,000.00 for the accused. Other
relief and remedies are likewise prayed for.
