Rule 45.

1 : There shall be appointed and/or elected members of

WOMEN’S SUMMIT COMMITTEE amongst the
members of GAD Focal Point
System which shall convene in order to determine:

a) The specific date when the Women’s Summit Day, shall be

conducted;

b) Manage, coordinate and determine the activities and

affairs of the summit focusing on the 1. Current
situation of women in the Municipality of Sablayan; 2. The
women’s issues and concerns and how these should be
addressed;

c) Determine and come up with priority issues based on the

different women’s issues raised on
the Women’s Summit together with its specific action
points;

d) Present the findings of the committee to the GAD Focal

Point System, for recommendation of the issuance of a
GFPS Resolution in order for the Municipal and Barangay
GFPS to include such issues in the formulation of their
own GAD Plan and Budget.

Rule 46.1 : There shall be appointed and/or elected members of

INTERNATIONAL DAY OF ACTION FOR WOMEN’S
HEALTH COMMITTEE amongst the members of
GAD Focal Point System and the Municipal Health
Office which shall convene in order to
determine:

a) The specific date when the INTERNATIONAL DAY OF

ACTION FOR WOMEN’S HEALTH, shall be
conducted;

b) Spearhead, manage, coordinate and determine the

municipal and barangay level of activities and affairs
of the DAY, focusing on the issues and concerns
relative to the promotion and protection of
women’s health which shall be examined, deliberated,
projected together with the government action sought;

d) Present the findings of the committee to the GAD Focal

Point System, for recommendation of the issuance of a
GFPS Resolution in order for the Municipal and Barangay
GFPS to include such issues in the formulation of their
own GAD Plan and Budget.

Rule 47.1 : There shall be appointed and/or elected members of

DAY OF ACTION FOR BREAST CANCER
AWARENESS amongst the members of GAD
Focal Point System and the Municipal Health
Office which shall convene in order to
determine:

a) The specific date when the DAY OF ACTION FOR

BREAST CANCER AWARENESS, shall be conducted;

b) Organize information campaign activities on breast cancer

and the top causes of maternal mortality;

d) Present the findings of the committee to the GAD Focal

Point System, for recommendation of the issuance of a
GFPS Resolution in order for the Municipal and Barangay
GFPS to include such issues in the formulation of their
own GAD Plan and Budget.
