This has reference to that parcel of corn land located at Mission, Sta. Teresita, Cagayan,
consisting of 4,711 square meters, more or less, covered by OCT No. P-31356 which the HRS. of
FELICIDAD DALUDDUNG sold to Adelina Agustin and I on December 20, 1997 subject of that Extra
Judicial Settlement with Sale acjnowledged before Notary Public Atty. Herminio del Castillo,
machine copy of which is hereto attached as Annex “A”.

To protect rights as well as my co-vendee, Adelina Agustin, over subject lot, may I
respectfully request your good office to annotate this Notice of Adverse Claim on the dorsal
portion of the original copy of OCT No. 31356 on file with your Office upon payment of the
prescribed fee therefore.
