 An Overview

Dear XLers,
Continuing on our promise to ensure transparency, we bring to you our quarter 2 report. We have continued working on
our agenda outlined during the elections and the issues discussed in our previous report.
We teamed up with AXIOM and hosted XLRI’s first IT & Operations Conclave. We have also taken up website
development for the committees on campus.
We have fixed a few bugs identified in Xlerate and the fixes are live now. We plan to have two more releases this
academic year making the App feature rich.
We continue to work on coordinating with the Admin to improve the Internet connectivity on campus and to improve
the availability of spare laptops for the use of students, placement processes and for other events

New Routers
• New routers purchased and
installed in LC2, IC and NH
• Additional routers installed in NH
as per the audit report submitted
to Admin
• Internet Service Provider changed
from BSNL to Jio for better speeds
and reliability
• Malfunctioning network switch in
NH repaired
