Greetings of Peace and Joy!

Brigada Eskwela is an annual voluntary effort of school and community
members to do repairs and other maintenance work in school facilities in
preparation for the upcoming school which will start on May 15-20, 2017.
This learning institution is more than willing enough to implement this
thrust. Hence, it is considered a very vital agent of change. As such, the
preparation of school facilities is essential to further improve the effective
and functional implementation of the teaching-learning process.

Truly, the spirit of volunteerism and sharing which you have been shown in
past years made us believe you still wanted to continue helping us in this
endeavor.

In view hereof, may we ask 100 bags of cement and seven truckloads of
gravel and sand for the completion of pathways for the above-mentioned
purpose that will surely help us realize this thrust for our Student’s
development. Hence, the successful implementation of Brigada Eskwela this
school year will be achieved.
