Eligibility Criteria — 1. Must attend a high school within Wayne County. 2, a, Overall High School Grade Point Average of 3.0 or better; b. OR ACT - Minimum score of 19 c. OR SAT- Minimum score of 1090 (must meet ONE of three criteria above) 3. Senior status 4. Accepted at a 2-year or 4-year college 5. Letter of recommendation by High School Coach 6. Participated at the varsity level in athletics for at least one year 7. Has not accepted any scholarship funds or grants to participate in college athletics Criteria for Evaluation 1. Career goals 2. Coaches letter of recommendation 3. Academic achievement 4, Potential for success 5. Leadership and character 6. Indication of how athletic competition has aided in personal growth Instructions 1.
