Prosecution:
Defense Lawyer 2: Your Honor, my name is Atty. Josam Fredeick Espinas and I
am representing the Accused in this case.

Defense Lawyer 3: You Honor, we are offering the testimony of our main witness
Mr. Espinas to prove that herein accused has no motive of killing the
victim Paterno Brotamonte, and to prove that he is not the one who
killed the latter, and to prove further that the accused has, in fact,
witnessed the killing of the victim
