Dear Mr.Koo,

Subject: Moment zero-span adjustment procedure for TR-250M-5

Regarding to the subject, please adjust moment zero-span for TR-250M-5 as follows,

1. Moment zero adjustment:

(1) Elevation cylinder depressurizing procedure
To depressurize the boom elevating cylinder, take the follow ing procedure.

1) With no lifting and the boom retracted fully, force the boom against the boom rest (support
like the below figure.) w ith the accelerator fully depressed. Then, stop the engine.
(Stator key’ position is [OFF].)

2) Open the sm all w indow (for relay box) under the m ultiplex data transm itter.
(Location is the rear of the cab)

① 3) Take out the connector for adjustment zero

of AML from Relay BOX.

4) Connect the connector for adjustment zero

of AML w ith the wiring ① like a left figure.
(Please m ake the w iring ① like a left
figure.)

Number and color of wiring:
No. 156 (RY) and No.343 (GY)

5) After m ake sure that the PTO sw itch is [OFF], start the engine.

6) Operate elevating operation lever so that the pressure of the boom elevating cylinder
is depressurized.

7) After the working completed, m ust be disconnect the connector for adjustment zero of
AML w ith the wiring ① like a above figure.

(2) Boom m oment zero adjustment

1) Ignition key position is [ON]. (Don’t start the engine.)

2) PTO sw itch is [ON].

3) Press the picture selection key on the display section. The menu screen (the below figure.)
w ill appear.

※ Regarding to using Multi Display, please refer to the attached sheets (total 7 pages.)

4) Press the [5] key, the next menu screen (the below figure) w ill appear.

5) On the above menu picture, depress the key [・] three times successively, for the key number
inputting mode.

6) Pass word : [ 0 ] [ 8 ] [ 2 ] [ 4 ]. Depress this pass word.

The m aster menu picture ( the below figure) w ill appear.

7) Depress the key [ 1 ] for adjust mode picture. (the below figure)

8) Depress the key [ 3 ] for boom m oment adjustment.

9) The follow ing m akes adjustment in accordance w ith attached m oment adjustment
procedure.

Before adjustment, protect switch of control unit slide [adjust] position.

After adjustment completed, slide it to the [norm al] position.
