I. Failing Grades
Viewing of Breakdown Grades January 28 – 29, 2019
Viewing of Final Exam Booklets January 30 – February 2, 2019

January 30 – First Year Subjects

January 31 – Second Year Subjects
February 1 – Third Year Subjects
February 2 – Second Year Subjects
Appeals Period February 4 – 9, 2019

II. Passing Grades

Viewing of Breakdown Grades February 18 – 19, 2019
Viewing of Final Exam Booklets February 20 – 23, 2019

February 20 – First Year Subjects

February 21 – Second Year Subjects
February 22 – Third Year Subjects
February 23 – Second Year Subjects
Appeals Period February 25 – March 1, 2019

PROCEDURE

1. The student must accomplish the form “Request

for Viewing of Breakdown of Grades”.
2. The student must submit the accomplished form
Viewing of Breakdown of Grades
in the IL Department within the period provided.
3. The IL Department must provide the requested
breakdown of grades.
 1. The student must accomplish the form “Request
for Viewing of Final Exam Booklets”.
2. The student must submit the accomplished form
in the IL Department within the period provided.
3. The IL Department must provide the specific date
and time for the viewing of the booklet.
4. The student must come within the date and time
provided by the IL Department to view the
Viewing of Final Exam Booklets
requested booklet.
5. If the student wishes to appeal, the student must
accomplish the “Request for a Photocopy of
Booklet” portion of the form and submit the
same to the IL Department.
6. The IL Department must provide the date and
time of the release of the requested photostatic
copy of the exam booklet.

The student must accomplish the “FEU Appeal Form”

Appeal Process and submit the same to their respective batch
representative.
