8.2.3 Human Resource Requirements
Administrator
Conduct new employee orientation, benefit enrollment, training on
company policies and procedures. They explain company policies
and procedures to employees. Supervised by an HR admin, they
may also perform payroll and timekeeping functions.
Registrar
It manages academic records for all current and former students
and supervises grading, records’ editing functions, the production of
transcripts, enrollment/degree verifications, and the processing of
requests from students for course changes. It develops and
implements policies and procedures for delivery of quality
registration and other student support services, produces the class
schedule, and maintains numerous data tables and systems. It
assists in maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing the school’s
data management and related systems. It also access in the
system include enrollment form, student’s info and balance form.

can manage is payment information, balance information and the
total fees information.

User Training
o Manager
Who is responsible for a department normally has
directly reporting employees for whom he or she has
leadership.

Who has several manager-like roles, responsibilities
and powers. A supervisor’s main job is more concerned with
controlling work rather than performing it directly.
o Clerks
It might answer phones, filing, data processing,
faxing, envelope stuffing and mailing, message delivery,
running errands, sorting incoming mail and much more.
Operations Training
o Data entry clerks
It is a member of staff employed to enter or update
data into a computer system. Data is often entered into a
computer from paper documents.
o Computer operators
It is the person responsible for monitoring and
controlling computer systems especially mainframe
computer system in a company.
o Technical support personnel
They could be installing and configuring computer
system, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve
technical and applications problems either over the phone or
in person.
o Data control clerks
A person who schedules jobs for the computer and
manages the distribution of reports and other output.
