Thank good we pray for the presence of allah swt because thank to his grace and
guidance we can finis the task of this procedding. In this report we write the results of
interviews and research on street vendors in the central market “bontosalama” we realize.

In this paper there are still many mistakes and short comings this is due to the limited ability.
Knowledge and eksperience that we have but we have done.

Hopefully our interview report can be usefull for us especially and readers in general.

Prelimanary

Background

The market is one of many social relations system in which bussinesses sell goods,
services and lavor to people in the return of money.

This activity is part of the economy.

There are many types of markets. One of whish is the traditional market the traditional
market is a meeting place for sallers and buyers as well market by dirrect observation to the
market location “Bontosalama”and interviewed the street vendor itself.

 Discussion

The results of our bontosalama central market observations date 24 oktober 2107 by
collecting various results data from our interviews on street vendors the merchant we
interviewed was vegetable seller. It was called rahmawati,living in manipi 37 years old he
chose to sell vegetabless because according to the miss rahma, more easy and benefical for
consumer health . Among: them corrot, bean, potato and vegetables other.

Rahma’s income in selling produces more than rp. 100.000 per week it is influenced
by the crowds of buyers.

He also said it will multiply during the lebaran season and the season as many people
celebrate . They will also experience a decrease failure season,because most of their
consumers come from among the farmers.
 Number of vegetables can be consumed raw without cooking earlier. While the other
first though as in boile or in roasted vegetables. Called as lalapan, many vegetables are
vegetative parts of plants covered in soil such as cawots and potatoes grains from generative
organ such as beans and red beands.

Vegetables are part of the p[lant in consumption along with the main food. Bavin
plants that can be the consumptionof leaves, roots,steems, nutrition betweben vegetablesn
contain litle protein or for with the amount vitamins,provitamins, minerals viber and various
carbohydrates.

Vegetables is a group of food commodities that are generally very much in the
consuplion by the community either as fresh vegetables in the way of cooking first.

Conclusion:

After interviewing one of the street vendors in the central market “Bontosalama” we
can know what is in the traded traders, traders biodata in come per week that can add to our
experience and knowledge.

Suggestion:

To enlerge the bussines it is expected that street vendors can improve existing
facilities in the central market “Bontosalama” with sufficient facilies than the desired target
can be achicked hopefully this advice canbe considered for the good and comfort of buyers
band street vendors in the central market “Bontosalama”.
