HUBUNGAN LINGKUNGAN FISIK DENGAN KUALITAS MIKROBIOLOGI

UDARA RUANG RAWAT INAP DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM

ABSTRAK

.Kualitas lingkungan di rumah sakit menjadi salah satu hal yang perlu
diperhatikan,karena beberapa cara transmisi kuman penyebab infeksi dapat terjadi
melalui droplet,airborne maupun kontak langsung. Udara dalam ruang rumah sakit
mempunyai kecenderungan menjadi media penyebaran atau penularan infeksi apabila
tidak ditangani secara serius. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan
lingkungan fisik dengan kualitas mikrobiologi udara ruang rawat inap di Rumah Sakit
Umum Daerah Dok II Jayapura Tahun 2016
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey analitik dengan rancangan Cross
Sectional Study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ruangan rawat inap di
Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah ( RSUD ) Dok II Jayapura Tahun 2016 yang berjumlah
24 ruangan sedangkan sampel adalah total populasi.Analisa data menggunakan
ujistatistik non parametrik uji Kendall’stau.
Hasil penelitian pada ruang rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah
( RSUD ) Dok II Jayapura untuk pencahayaan yang tidak memenuhi syarat sebanyak
18 ruangan (75 %) dan yang memenuhi syarat sebanyak 6 ruangan ( 25 % ). Suhu
pada ruang rawat inap yang tidak memenuhi syarat sebanyak 24 ruangan ( 100 %
).Kelembapan pada ruang rawat inap a tidak memenuhi syarat sebanyak 24 ruangan
(100% ).Kualitas Mikrobiologi pada ruang rawat inap tidak memenuhi syarat
sebanyak 24 ruangan ( 100 % ), Tidak ada hubungan antara pencahayaan dengan
kualitas mikrobiologi udara ruangan dengan nilai p = (0,332), Ada hubungan
signifikan antara suhu dengan kualitas mikrobiologi udara ruangan dengan nilai p =
(0,002), Tidak ada hubungan antara kelembapan dengan kualitas mikrobiologi udara
ruangan di Rumah Sakit umum daerah ( RSUD )Dok II Jayapura dengan nilai p =
(0,351).

ABSTRAC

Regional General Hospital DokII( Hospital) Dok II Jayapura is a Type B


hospitals managed by the Provincial Government of Papua and a direct SKPD
Responsible on the Governor of Papua Province .The hospital is a common means
and as a gathering place for the sick and healthy people , allowing the occurrence of
environmental pollution , health problems or may be a place of disease transmission .
The quality of the environment in the hospital become one of the things that need to
be considered , because some of the ways of transmission of germs that cause the
infection can occur through droplets, airborne or direct contact , causing infection
nosokomial. It needs to do research on the relationship with the physical environment
microbiological quality room air hospitalization in hospitals Dok II Jayapura.

This type of research is analytic survey research with cross sectional design
study. The population in this study were all inpatient room at the Regional General
Hospital (Hospital )Dok II Jayapura 2016 amounting to 24 rooms while the sample is
total population

The results showed that the average illumination on the inpatient unit at the
General Hospital (Hospital ) Dok II Jayapura is 92.5 lux , Average temperature in the
wards at the General Hospital (Hospital ) Dok II Jayapuraie 30.3 0C , average
humidity on the inpatient unit at the General Hospital (Hospital ) Dok II Jayapuraie
70.2 % Rh , average microbiological quality udaran room on the inpatient unit at the
General Hospital (Hospital ) Dok II Jayapura , namely 495 641 CFU / m3 , There is a
significant relationship between the physical environment ( lighting , temperature and
humidity ) with the microbiological quality of indoor air in public areas Hospital
(Hospital) Dok II Jayapura

24 rooms (100%) .Humidity in a patient rooms that do not qualify as many as 24
rooms (100%) .The quality of Microbiology at the wards do not qualify as many as
24 rooms (100%) , there was no association between exposure to the microbiological
quality of air space with p = (0.332), there is a significant relationship between the
temperature of the microbiological quality of air space with p = (0.002), there is no
correlation between moisture with the microbiological quality of air space in the
Hospital common area (Hospital) Dok II Jayapura with p = (0.351).
