PERENCANAAN METODE PELAKSANAAN, PENDJADWALAN DAN

ESTIMASI BIAYA KONSTRUKSI STASIUN INTERMODA JOYOBOYO

Surabaya merupakan salah satu kota besar yang memiliki tingkat pertumbuha n
ekonomi yang cukup baik. Sebab, Surabaya merupakan salah satu pusat kegiatan
ekonomi yang penting di Indonesia, yaitu berkontribusi 14,85% terhadap Produk
Domestik Bruto Nasional. Dengan demikian, Surabaya memiliki peranan yang
strategis di tingkat regional maupun nasional. Untuk mendukung perekonomian di
kota Surabaya, membutuhkan sarana dan prasarana tertentu. Salah satunya adalah
dengan mendirikan Stasiun Intermoda Joyoboyo.

Dalam perancangan Stasiun Intermoda Joyoboyo, terdapat beberapa aspek yang

harus dianalisis. Salah satunya adalah terkait aspek manajemen rekayasa konstruksi
yang terdiri atas penentuan metode pelakasanaan, penjadwalan, serta estimasi
biaya.

Metode pelaksanaan konstruksi direncanakan meliputi pekerjaan persiapan,

pekerjaan struktur bawah, pekerjaan struktur atas baja beserta rangka atap baja dan
water system.

Berdasarkan perencanaan penjadwalan proyek, durasi total dari konstruksi proyek

ini adalah 336 hari. Selain durasi, dari penjadwalan proyek juga dihasilkan jalur
kritis proyek yang harus diperhatikan keberlangsungannya agar proyek tidak
terlambat.

Hasil estimasi di hitung berdasarkan sudut pandang dari konsultan perencana,

sehingga output yang dihasilkan merupakan Engineer’s Estimate yang akan
digunakan oleh pihak owner ketika melakukan proses pelelangan dengan pihak
kontraktor.

Surabaya is the one of big city that has quite good at economic growth level. It is
because of Surabaya is the one of center of important economic activ ities in
Indonesia, that contributes 14,85 percent by National Domestic Growth Product.
Therefore, Surabaya has strategic role in regional and national level. To support
the economy aspect in Surabaya, it needs certain facilities and infrastructure. One
of them is establishing the Joyoboyo Intermodal Station.

In designing the Joyoboyo Intermodal Station, there are several aspects that must
be analyzed. One of them is about construction management engineering that
consist of determining the implementation methods, scheduling, and cost
estimating.

Construction-implementation method that planned is consist of preparatory work,

bottom structure work, steel upper structure work with steel roof truss, and water
system.

Based on the planning of project schedule, the total duration of this construction
project is 336 days. Besides duration, from the project schedule is also obtained
critical-path project that must be observed during its sustainability so that project
not too late.

The result of estimation is calculated based on planning-consultant’s point of view

so that generated output is “Engineer’s Estimate” that will be used by the owner
when doing the auction process with the contractor.
