I. INTRODUCTION

The name of the firm is "360 no scope.” A term that is well-known to many gamers
in 3rd person shooting games. Computer shops in the Philippines is one of the most
popular in business especially to the locations near schools. The target customers for
this entrepreneurship are students, professionals and gamers.

II. COMPETITIONS, MARKETING AND STATISTICS

Computer gaming shops give services that are very prominent to the Filipinos
masses, especially today as the technology is getting vastly advanced. It is also where
teenagers and most gamers play, and also as a venue, to play as a group and play video
games at the same time to engage more competitive gaming. Other than that, it is also
suitable at all ages are also to use the computers for non-gaming purposes with printing
services offered by the business.

The business is mainly based in membership basis (including their own username
and password) and they are for free. Membership members can access discounts to like
cheaper fees per hour, special bonuses that depends on how many hours they acquired
(e.g. 5 hours for a cheaper price). Also, when customers are in a group of five persons,
they can have a free one hour for five hours.

Since it is in demand, the location of the business is within Intramuros, Manila City
only. Provided with a wide enough space and near to universities, students can easily
access the shop. There might be a lot of competitions but the ratio of students per
computer shop is still large (e.g. 50 students:1 computer shop) and statistically, the
number of students per university is thousands that’s why computer shop is really a
good business to establish.
