fellow students, good morning.

In this morning’s proposition, LIBRT: CHR be

abolished. And we on the negative side will
discuss why it is not needed to be abolished.

The first thing is “UNCONSTITUTIONAL”. It is

unconstitutional because it does not follow
what’s on the constitution. If you abolish the
CHR, there is no government body that will
protect our human rights. As it was said in the
