Procedure:
• Phase A - Add hot water to main container and begin moderate propeller agitation. Begin Heating to 80°C,
add remaining Phase A ingredients, mixing well after each addition.
• Phase B - In a separate container premix Phase B and heat to 80°C. When both main tank and Phase B are 80°C,
add Phase B to the main tank, mix well until uniform. Begin cooling batch to room temperature.
• Phase C - In a separate container premix Phase C. When batch reaches below 40°C add Phase C premix, mix well.
• Phase D - Add Phase D ingredients to the main container, mix well after each addition.
Homogenize if necessary to obtain a smooth consistency.

Siliconyl IBT: Has been designed to produce emulsions that are radiant, thick, and luxurious. Its benefits include easy
spreading, high performance, and moisturizing properties.
AquaStyle 300 AF: A patented fixative polymer delivering versatile style with long-lasting hold. AquaStyle 300 AF provides
enhanced styling with extreme stiff to smooth flexible hold, excellent high humidity curl retention, brilliant shine and luster, and
reduction and control of frizz.
Gafquat: Quaternary polymers are film forming cationics, offering both fixative and conditioning benefits. They provide thermal
protection, good wet and dry combing, curl retention, and enhance hair luster while adding body and manageability.
Argan Oil: Argan Oil is rich in natural antioxidants such as Vitamin E and essential fatty acids. Its primary benefit seems to
come from its ability to naturally hydrate and to help lock in moisture, improving shine and luster and to stop frizziness, fly-away
and hard to control, unmanageable hair.
