Title: Pili-Pinas: Philippine Tourism Sliding Tile Puzzle Mobile Game

Description:

Pili-Pinas is a sliding tile puzzle mobile game to be developed on Android platform that promotes tourism in the Philippines to both
locals and foreigners. It will consist of three levels represented by the three island groups of the Philippine archipelago: Luzon, Visayas,
and Mindanao. Each level will have five different 4x4 sliding tile puzzles wherein a hint will be provided to help solve the scrambled
tile puzzle. Upon completion of the puzzle, it will uncover a photograph and a trivia, along with the name of that particular tourist spot
in the Philippines.

General Problem:

There is no existing tile puzzle mobile game created yet that advocates tourism in the Philippines.

Specific Problems:

 Local and foreign tourists are not well aware of the locations of some of the tourist spots in the Philippines
 There is less curiosity and interest when people can’t visualize and/or have less facts about a specific tourist spot.

General Objective:

To create an Android application that is both entertaining and trivial for the user through a tile puzzle mobile game that promotes
tourism by displaying particular tourist spots in the Philippines.

General Objectives:

 The system will show a map of the Philippines highlighting some of the tourist spots in Mindanao, Visayas, and Luzon,
respectively.
 The system will display a photograph of a particular tourist spot in the Philippines upon completing a puzzle.
 The system will display interesting trivia about a specific tourist spot in the Philippines upon completing a puzzle.

Significance/Beneficiary of the System:

 Local and Foreign Tourists

own customized t-shirt commissions.
 Future Researchers
o The future researchers will be able to use the system as reference whenever planning a system that has some
relation to the functionalities and modules of the system. (e.g. Product Customization, Ordering System, etc.)
