Moulin Noir

Fortuitously meeting in Stavanger, Norway, Moulin Noir is a music band

collectively formed by six professional musicians from around the world. Their
music is a mixture of jazz, improvisation, Balkan traditional and film noir.

Moulin Noir performs well-known Balkan classics as well as their own

repertoire, making music unique in style. It seems in life that the most
interesting things happen in doorways, at the borders, and right along the
edges where cultures meet. It is along these borders that Moulin Noir’s unique
style provides an opportunity for epicureans to discover new musical worlds.
