 Preface

This report documents the work done during my internship at

under the supervision of MISHRA SIR.

The report first shall give an overview of the tasks completed during the period of internship
with technical details. Then the results obtained shall be discussed and analyzed.

Report shall also elaborate on the the future works which can be persuaded as an
advancement of the current work.

It was really a nice opportunity to have a close comparison of theoretical and

practical field. I have tried my best to keep report simple yet technically correct.
I hope I succeed in my attempt.
 Abstract

I carried out my internship at Company name

This purpose of the program is to fulfill the core equipment for the award of a
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering to get a practical aspect of the theoretical
work studied at the university and to understand the operation in the industry which
enable students gain experience in different tasks.

During my internship period number of approaches and exposure methods were used
which included: hands on, through reading relevant material, and also questions and approaches
about all the processes carried out to manufacture various product. From managing raw
materials, designing, machining, assembling, finishing to dispatching the finished
product, I got a close look to all the methodology the company uses for manufacture.

In conculsion, this was an opportunity to develop and enhance skills and competencies in
my career field which I actually achieved.
 Internship Objectives

 I will be gaining detailed knowledge about what actually happens in an industry and all the
processes involved to make a finished product.
 I will be developing my skills and knowledge about all the equipment and methodology used
by the company for production.
 I will develop skills in interacting with other professionals and employees and develop
clinical judgment needed to inform decisions about when and with whom one should consult.
 Develop ethic of professional responsibility as demonstrated in timeliness of reports and
ability to maintain expected work load.
 Develop skills in functioning as a contributing member of a professional team
 To apply the knowledge and skills learned in the classroom and to develop new skills by
being involved in actual cases and projects.
 I will be looking closely to all the processes going on in the company for a month duration
and try to have an idea about how an industry runs.
 To learn how to deal with the problems during the operation properly in an effective manner.
 I will complete my internship in 1 month period collecting enough knowledge that will help
me in my career in this field.
 To monitor the processes, learning the basic operation, studying and interpreting the results, I
will accomplish my objectives of the internship.
