parameters of quality health care at the health facilities has provided us with
the certain areas that need corrective efforts to improve hospitals' service
quality Infrastructure and architectural corrections need to be made to
enhance the comfort and satisfaction of the patients here is a need to
channelize the patients through the hierarchical levels of health care to
prevent undue burden on the tertiary health facilities
he study findings these following measures may be taken by the policy
makers and hospital administrators to increase the patient satisfaction at
public health facilities
1)Y he findings of the present study can be utilized to improve the services
at public health facilities of the state resulting in the more satisfaction
of patients availing such public health facilities

Y he hospital market has today changed from a sellers' market to a
buyers' market, where the patient is all-important herefore to achieve
patient satisfaction, the hospital has to develop itself technologically, as
well as become more service-oriented
Y nlike customers of other service sectors who use the services provided
to them of their own free will, and part with their money happily, the
hospital customer is forced to be a customer because of his illness and
parts with his money unhappily he hospital therefore needs to take
this difference into account while dealing with their patients
