The Government as a part of Reforms under EoDB have introduced "Development

Permission Management System". This enables citizens to upload plans, required documents and
upon auto scrutiny by the system and after payment of fees/charges through online, the proceedings
will be generated instantaneously without any human intervention.

If the construction is not commenced within 18 months from date of sanction as per Rule
3(24) of G.O.Ms.No.119 M.A., dt. 28-03-2017 of A.P. Building Rules 2017, Building Application shall be
submitted afresh duly paying the required building permit fee.

The provision for e-intimation of commencement of construction which is mandatory as per

Rule 3(29) (b) of G.O.Ms.No.119 M.A., dt. 28-03-2017 of A.P. Building Rules 2017 has been enabled in
the DPMS system. As development permissions are made through online, commencement notice as.
required under Rules shall be submitted through APDPMS only. E-lntimation for commencement of
construction shall be made within the validity period, if not intimated it will be presumed that the
construction is not commenced and will become invalid/expires. Manual intimations are not
acceptable and shall not be treated as official intimations unless it is done through DPMS.

In view of the above, all the LTPs, applicants are requested to avail the provision of e-
intimation enabled in the DPMS System without fail.
