I am writing from University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines to request

consideration for the DBP Endowment for Education Program (DEEP) which provides assistance to
financially constrained students. Presently, I am a first-year student taking up BS in Civil Engineering.
This scholarship grant is an opportunity for me and one I intend to seize earnestly without reservation.
I have consistently proven my capabilities and fervor throughout my studies despite financial
constraints.
If fortunate enough to be rewarded with this scholarship, my financial burden will significantly reduce
which will allow me to continue to strive for academic excellence without worry.
