Abstract

Avocado is one of the famous fruit here in the Philippines. You can locate it in local

markets or either you can locate in backyards. Avocado consist of nearly 20 vitamins which is

good to our health. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to produce a new flavor of

macaroons using avocado. In this study the researchers used developmental survey research

design to determine the acceptability of avocado macaroons. The researchers distributed

the survey 30 questionnaires in to the Grade 12 TVL C2 students of Angeles City

National Highschool Senior Highschool. Questionnaires was answered by 0 students. The

researchers used simple random to pick 10 students in 3 sections. In overall, the mean score

of Avocado Macaroons was 3.60 which means this product is Highly acceptable in terms of

appearance, presentation, taste and texture. The aspects of food acceptability which is the

appearance (3.61), presentation (3.78), taste (3.73), and texture (3.37) got a Like Very Much

rating from the respondents.
