ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA IBU BERSALIN DENGAN POST DATE

DI RUANG PONEK RSUD JOMBANG

Kehamilan lewat waktu (post date), salah satu kehamilan yang beresiko tinggi, dimana
dapat terjadi komplikasi pada ibu dan janin seperti partus lama, inersia uteri, distosia persalinan,
robekan jalan lahir yang luas, perdarahan postpartum, meningkatkan tindakan obstetric,
sedangkan pada bayi terjadi sindrom maturitas, pertumbuhan janin terhambat, makrosomia,
oligohidramnion, hipoksia janin, aspirasi mekonial, diatosia bahu, gawat janin, sampai kematian.
Angka kejadian kehamilan post date sekitar 3,5 – 14% atau rata-rata 10% kehamilan yang
berlangsung sampai 42 minggu atau lebih. Tujuan peneliti adalah memberikan asuhan kebidanan
pada ibu bersalin dengan post date di ruang Ponek RSUD Jombang.
Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus yang dilakukan diruang Ponek RSUD
Jombang menggunakan 2 responden dengan masalah kebidanan yang sama yaitu bersalin dengan
post date. Serta tehnik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.
Hasil penelitian setelah diberikan asuhan selama 3 hari kedua responden dapat bersalin
secara spontan dengan induksi oksitosin dan bayi lahir dengan spontan tanpa komplikasi.
Setelah peneliti membahas tentang Asuhan Kebidanan pada Ny. “U” G3 P20002 41-42
minggu dan Ny “S” G3 P10011 41-42 minggu, bersalin dengan post date. Maka peneliti mengambil
kesimpulan bahwa kedua kasus diberikaan intervensi sama yaitu dilakukan induksi persalinan
pada kasus I ibu menghabiskan 2 kalf, sedangkan kasus II 1 kalf. Dan kedua pasien bersalin
secara pervaginam dan bayi menangis spontan, namun pada kasus II terdapat robekan pada jalan
lahir dan diheathing.

Pregnancy through time (post date), one pregnancy at high risk, which can be complications in
the mother and the fetus, such as prolonged labor, uterine inertia, dystocia deliveries, rips the
birth canal wide, postpartum hemorrhage, increasing the action obstetric, whereas in infants
occurs maturity syndrome, growth retardation, macrosomia, oligohydramnios, fetal hypoxia,
aspiration mekonial, diatosia shoulder, fetal distress, until death. The incidence of post date
pregnancy is about 3.5 - 14%, or an average of 10% of pregnancies that lasted up to 42 weeks or
more. The researchers' goal is to provide midwifery care at birth mothers with post date in space
PONEK Hospital Jombang.
The method used is a case study conducted diruang PONEK Jombang hospitals use two
respondents with the same problem, namely maternity obstetrics with post date. As well as data
collection techniques with interview, observation and documentation.
Results of the study after being given care for 3 days maternity second respondent can
spontaneously with oxytocin induced and spontaneous birth without complications.
Once the researchers discuss the Midwifery Care in Ny. "U" G3 P20002 41-42 weeks and Mrs.
"S" G3 P10011 41-42 weeks, maternity with post date. The researchers concluded that the two
cases diberikaan same intervention that is done induction of labor in the case of a mother I spent
2 Kalf, while the second case 1 Kalf. And two patients in vaginal birth and the baby cried
spontaneously, but in the second case there is a tear in the birth canal and diheathing.
