Teaching does have a purpose, we may face different trials in our classrooms
especially when dealing with diverse students, but as a teacher we need to make
sure that all of our students will learn and develop from the guidance coming from
us, teachers. In teaching, their are different strategies that we can utilize in order
for us to attain our desired objectives for our lessons every day.

I believe that all of the students has a different potential to excel in class.
I believe teachers is the prime molder of the children, as they motivate and
teach them for the betterment of their future.
I believe that teachers is the maker of all other professions.
I believe that a good teacher is passionate in teaching, even if their are many
trials that they face, they are also many different solution that they can made.
I believe that teachers has a different strategies in teaching in order to teach
the diverse students .
I believe that the teachers is knowledgeable enough to handle the students
with different personalities and behavior.
I believe that a good teacher can touch the lives of the students.

 My Educational Philosophy

Notre Dame Village National High School taught me a lot of things in

improving my teaching skills, from managing the classroom, monitoring students’
work, teaching strategies and most especially how would I deal to those students
who need more attention than the others, I think it was a blessing in disguise I was
assigned to the lower sections because I find it more challenging, the challenge
for me is not just to teach but how would I teach that my students will find it
enjoyable and interesting especially that I am teaching Mathematics subject which
most of my students find it difficult and boring.
As I flashback all the days spent with my students I have developed a
personal educational philosophy that I will be implemented into my future
classroom. I will become continually being prepared for an inclusive classroom in
which I will make sure that I can build a good relationship between my students
and even they are different in many aspects like ethnicity, religion and language,
there is an evidence of equality in opportunities.
In terms of correcting the behavior of my students I want it to be in
supportive manner and in by way of motivating them. I hope to achieve this in
actual teaching. After, correcting the behavior of my students, I will still treat
him/her equally and give opportunities to excel and to develop themselves.
Based on my personal experiences from my teachers in the past years, it is
important to the students and it become a good help to the students that their
teacher is supportive and motivating them to strive hard in order to become
successful in the future. The teachers encouragement will help also the students to
excel in class because it gives a motivating power that the students may
eventually strive in order to excel.
In addition, I will help my students to enhance their self steem so that they
will not become shy to express their feelings and answers to the class or in public,
and also to become active in different competitions.
