OBSERVATION/COMMENTS BY THE ENGINEER TO COMPLY BY CONTRACTOR

132KV Interlock Test:

1. CB Open Interlock: when trip coil/circuit supervision 1 or 2 is unhealthy, it is possible to open

the CB locally but blocking from SCS. To be clarify/Rectify.
2. C11, C21, C31 & C41 – When control and interlocking supply fail,CX04 Bus isolator goes to
Invalid state. To be rectified.
Schneider Relay Loop Checks:
3. Time stamp of communication channel fail from Schneider relays is not working as per first In
and First Out Philosophy in the Event list.
Relay A Communication channel fail signal appear in the event list after few seconds with old time
stamp above the Relay B Communication channel fail signal with latest time stamp.
Kindly Rectify.

SIEMENS BCU & Relay Loop Checks:

4. Reporting of all signals with CLEAR status in SCS Event list during the restart of BCU/Relay.
Kindly rectify

P545 Signal Test:

5. During 3 Phase and 2 Phase differential trip, picked up signals are reporting with 13 sec delay
in Event List. Kindly rectify.

6. During all protection active ON/OFF, Communication channel fail is reporting and normalized.
Kindly rectify.

132KV and 11KV Feeders:

7. When BCU DC is OFF/Offline, Control authority in all screens holding the last state value
instead of invalid state.

C12 & C22 Feeders :

8. "C16/C36 Hand Crank Inserted Supervision Fail" signal is coming Inversely. Same is applicable
for "C26/C46 Hand Crank Inserted Supervision Fail" signal also.

9. "C16/C36 Control DC MCB Trip/Off" is not reporting to C22 A201 Relay and we are having
Control Permissive for C36 devices. The same is applicable for C26/C46 Control DC MCB
Trip/Off also.

132KV and 11KV Feeders:

10. After restarting any BCU/IED, FO watchdog is getting operated and reset signal is duplicating.
Kindly rectify.
