STATEMENT ON CYBERPARK 1 INCIDENT

The management of Cyberpark 1 wishes to inform the public that the incident that occurred around
9pm of March 2 does not involve an elevator malfunction.

Based on initial investigation, two men managed to open an emergency service door of a high-zone
elevator shaft and one of them fell into it. The area was already dark and most lessees at the floor had
already closed shop given it was past operating hours.

The paramedics were called and they arrived at the scene immediately. The man was taken to the
hospital but was pronounced dead.

The incident is still under investigation.

The building management extends its deepest sympathies to the victim's family and will do its best to
provide necessary assistance in their time of grief.

The Cyberpark management takes matters like this very seriously and is conducting its own investigation
into this highly unusual incident. It is also cooperating fully with the ongoing police investigation.
