My project situation :

A 19-year-old girl named Ayesha complained of pain in the lower abdomen. he said that it had
not been defecated for a week. Usually he can defecate every three days. Since then he has never
spent a portion of his daily meal due to lack of appetite. After inspection, there is an enlargement
of the abdomen and when it is palpated there is a stool impact.
