    I hereby apply for a visa to enable me travel to the United States of America. The purpose of my travel is
    to attend the Children’s Mental Health Conference scheduled to take place on April 8th, through 11th in
    Miami Florida.

    My travel expense, local transportation, accommodation and all my basic expenses while on this visit
    shall be borne by Kampala district administration.

    My entire stay in United States will be seven (7) day

    My social, cultural and family ties to Uganda will compel my return after my temporary visit in the
    United States.

    I pray that my visa application meets the highest of your consideration.
