TERMS AND CONDITION:

1. Quotation Validity 30 days on date of issuance of the quotation

2. Time scale - will be agreed by both parties

3. Payment terms - 50% upon approval and release of Local Purchase Order (LPO)

50% upon completion

10% will be charged upon cancellation

Inclusive of 12% VAT.
