GROUP MANAGER: MAJOR DEVELOPMENT CONTRACTS
Lead provision professional contracting services for development activities leading to and including
project commitment (key contract execution), ongoing contract management during execute phase.
Assisted with project surveillance on $11billion downstream part of project.
Managed governance, oversight and leadership of development, structuring, negotiation, execution
and performance management of contracts with third parties or partners for development of large
infrastructure projects; primarily international renewable energy projects (hydro, geothermal, wind
and solar) and to provide these services to international joint ventures.
ACHIEVEMENTS
 Commercial lead in development of first large-scale solar project in Australia.
 Led commercial and contracting due diligence for acquisition of ABC’s interest in MNCH
Solar Farm (69MW) in South America.
 Commercial lead in development of ground breaking solar pumped storage project in
South America. Successfully developed and introduced new contracting methods for concept
development.
 Introduced new model and successfully implemented it on international and local
development projects.
 Negotiated international D&C and EPC contracts and achieved significant price
improvement at above market terms and conditionas.
 Negotiated local Master Service Agreements achieving $1million savings across multiple

teams for major projects to achieve revenue, sales and profit targets, including developing objectives,
policies and programs.

OPERATIONS MANAGER: GENERATION
Ensured successful execution of all power generation projects and acted as technical lead within Solar
consortium for construction of solar thermal plant.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
 Managed partnership with XYZ Company for construction of power generation plant in
Australia.
 Together with XYZ Company, executed contract for 3 gas fired power stations in
Queensland.
 Achieved significant cost savings by adapting construction methodologies for
concentrated solar thermal to Australian context.

Project Director for Peak Project with two concurrent, full turnkey gas turbine power station projects;
