JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT

I, Catriona Magnayon, single, of legal age, Filipino

and resident of Malate Adriatico Grand Residences,
Adriatico St. Ermita, Manila, answer the following
questions propounded by ________________ with office
address at 28th floor, TGU Building, Lapu-Lapu City,
Cebu, the same address where the examination was held:

1. Q. What do you do for a living?

A. I am an event organizer of Bayview Hotel. I
organize various events like conventions,
seminars, and weddings among others held at the
hotel.

2. Q. Do you know the defendant Nino Rey Boniel?

A. Yes.
 3. Q. How did you come to know each other?
A. We met at Bayview Hotel on June 6, 2017. The
defendant Nino Rey Boniel asked me choreograph
their dance presentation for the socials of the
event.

4. Q. Were you also the organizer of the Convention

held last June 6, 2017-June ----- at the Bayview
Hotel Manila?
A. Yes.

5. Q. Did you see the defendant in that convention?

A. Yes. I saw the defendant from the first day to
the last day.

6. Q. How can you be certain that it was the defendant

that you saw?
A. I was also manning the registration area every
day of the convention. We greeted each other
every morning from June 7, 2017-June -----.

7. Q. Do have the registration sheets of the

convention?
A. Yes. I have it with me. (The registration sheets
for the 3 day convention are attached as “Exhibit
_”, “Exhibit _” and “Exhibit _”.)

8. Q. Do you have any other statements to add?

A. No. That would be all

I hereby warrant that all documents marked as

exhibits and referred to in the foregoing answers are
true, correct and faithful reproductions of the
