1.How do I use my personal qualities to become a good teacher?

Write in at
least two (2) paragraphs.

I use my personal qualities to become a good teacher by inspiring, showing and

teaching the learners that the education is the greatest weapon that they can use
throughout their lives, so that, they can be successful and become a better person
in the future. Teaching and motivating them to learn is the least that I can do for
my students because I can do more for them.

Through my personal qualities, I can be a role model and guide my students

towards the betterment of their self and make them ready to face the hardships in
this life, so as a teacher I can inculcate to their minds what they have learned and
make them grow from their experiences and be able to apply what they have
learned to their everyday life.

By doing what I love, I inspire and awaken the hearts of the others, with that; I
can be a good teacher forever.

2. How does the experienced teacher, utilize his/her personal qualities to

make him/her a good teacher? Write at least two (2) paragraphs.

The experienced teacher, utilize his/her personal qualities to make him/her a good
teacher by, learning and at the same time by teaching. Putting that together is one
of the best ways to improve you and become an effective teacher who takes a
hand, opens a mind and touches a heart of the learners. Teaching is the cause and
learning is the effect, it cannot succeed without the support and success of the
other, so always make your teaching style jibe with the learners learning style.

By being passionate, enthusiastic, flexible and purposeful in everything you do

can make your personal qualities grow and be able to be the teacher who love
teaching that teach children to love learning. With your personal qualities, as a
teacher you can inspire and encourage the learners to learn. Those qualities are
your weapons that you need to develop, enhance and improve as you have learned
from your experiences. It doesn’t matter how slowly you grow as long as you do
not stop from learning and become a good teacher that starts in you.
Remmuel Matimtim

Sir Remmuel is a College Instructor here in Marinduque State College (MSC) . He was
very kind, friendly and a down to earth person. He is the kind of teacher that the students will love
to. He is one of my coach in dancing and become a friend in just a short time. While I was observing
him, I saw that he really has a long patience that the
teacher should have. I also observed that he is a positive
person because he always understands the attitude of his
pupils. I like seeing him giving jokes that his pupils really
love and their happy to listen to him.

His classroom is very interactive because I saw

that the children are very eager to learn and attentive to
their discussion. One thing that is very important in
teaching, the interaction of the students to the lesson and
to the teacher. Being flexible and intelligent of the teacher
inside the classroom is needed especially if you are
teaching in the primary level. His personal qualities are
very natural based on my observation because I’ve know
her like that. I also noticed that he’s optimistic in every
situation, especially when his pupils are not behaving at
times. Learning never stops because life never stops teaching.
I realized that teacher is one of the most trustworthy people in the
community. The community respects the teacher. Teacher is a noble profession
and not all people can become a professional teacher, only few are capable to
become a teacher. I also realized that when you become a teacher, you give your
all to it and never allow any negative things to happen especially to your students.
You should be a role model that they can admire and idolized through their
learning until they become successful and a good citizen. And, if you are really a
teacher even if you are not wearing your uniform, people will notice you as a
teacher.

I’ve learned from my experiences and observations in the community that

being a teacher is not just about teaching, it is about helping children fulfill their
potential to bring out the best in them.
