I am one of the frequent users of the Sibu Jaya District Library and I would like to voice my ______________________ of
the _________________________________________.

2. One of the issues that I find unsatisfactory is the ________________________________________________. Thus,

it is quite difficult to find a specific book. When I wanted to find a specific book, I have to search all the book racks.
Unfortunately, the book racks are _________________________. This is dangerous to users as they are unstable and could
cause the books to fall on one’s head. Apart from that, _____________________________________ are also one of the
setbacks. As a student, I sometimes need to do research but alas, the information, data or statistics are obsolete as most of
the books and magazines were printed in the 1980s.

3. Another ________________ problem is the ____________________________________________. My friend

complained that he had difficulties manoeuvring his wheelchair because the ramp is damaged and the alleys are narrow. He
had scratched his knuckles a few times and this had thwarted him from patronizing the library. Furthermore, there is a
___________________________________________ in the library. This is unwelcoming for students who want to study for
examination because there are only 5 study carrels provided in the library. On the other hand,
____________________________________ which causes difficulty in finding books and information required through
websites. Due to this problem, the students and youths would not be interested to visit the library.

4. To overcome these problems, I would like to give a few ________________________. First and foremost, the
librarians can _________________________________________________. By doing so, it is easy for the users to search
for references. Hence, no time is wasted while searching for the books. Besides, the old and broken book racks
_______________________________________ for safety. This can be done by finding sponsors or buying new ones so
that the visitors to the library would feel safe. Moreover, books which are old and outdated
_________________________________. It is encouraged for the librarians to sort and select old books and replace them
with new ones. The library could use the money collected from recycling to buy new books.

5. In addition, accessibility for the disabled ______________________________. The broken ramp should be mended
and a special area should be created for these special people. The library should equip this area with disabled friendly tables
and book racks which are accessible for the disabled. Another suggestion is to _______________________________ so
that more students would come and spend time studying. ___________________, the library can set up a few small
discussion rooms for group study and add more carrels for students who need more privacy. Last but not least, there should
be a computer room ________________________ computers and internet access which could be helpful for those who do
not have computers at home and would be convenient for students doing research.
