process to get approved for their projects. They must have everything planned; such as
meetings, the amount of money they need, and how they are going to spend it [The
previous sentences explains the thesis of the article]. This source informs me how
supplying materials can help to face problems. It also teaches me how to start my
Capstone in making plans in order to keep a successful project [This conclusion
explains how the article will be relevant to my Capstone product].

Head of shelter lacks experience in animal care; administrator was hired, without a
search, for her management skills, city official says. (2001, Oct 15). Indianapolis Star
Retrieved from
https://search.proquest.com/docview/896609051?accountid=172748
In this article, the city of Indianapolis did not do a statewide search for someone
with a strong animal care history [This sentence identifies the central question of the
article]. They gathered information from different people such as the city’s director of
public safety, who oversees Animal Care and Control. They gathered information on the
amount of salary she got in the year, $37,400 [This sentence explains the sources that
they used]. The shelter lacked in search causing any person to take of the animals;
making it unsafe. The shelter also lacked space to isolate the sick animals from the
healthy ones, lack of high adoption rate, and lack of a formal education program. There
will now be higher security making sure that everyone gets searched in order to provide
a better animal shelter [The previous sentences explains the thesis of the article]. This
will help me in my Capstone to make me aware to look up information before entering
any random animal shelter. Animal shelters have gotten better security to make sure
that they live in a better condition [This conclusion explains how the article will be
relevant to my Capstone product].
