    Check overheating. Some motors do run hot but experience will tell
    when a motor is running at higher temperature than usual. If a motor
    1 overheating, find the cause and remedy it. Blocked ventilation slots,
    overloading, frequent switching, tight bearings etc. can all contribute to
    overheating.

    Keep ventilation slots clear.
    3 Check bearings and lubricate.

    4 Check flexible connections for linking and continuity.

    5 Check that electrical connections are secure.
