Greetings in the name of Holy Triune God!

I would like to put justification on the missing entries in my daily time record for the month of December
2018 as part of the requirement upon claiming my monthly salary for the month of January 2019. This justification
covers the following inclusive date/s:
December 13, 2018 (Wednesday) - I have able to log in and out in the morning, and logged in and
out in the afternoon but surprisingly, my afternoon log out did not appear in my biometrics. Rest
assured, the logbook can justify my attendance of the day
I am hoping that these date/s will be considered and not be subject for any deductions and any possible
sanctions. Thank you.
