The CHS met with Barney and cox at Barney's residenc~ on 2/26/11.The CHS wore a
body recorder for this meeting.This report is based off of a debrief of the CHS
and not off of the audio recording.

Cox and Barney have been to Cox's residence to gather up Cox's possessions.cox
is packed up and ready to flee the state.Cox's possessions are in a white
utility trailer at Barney's residence.Cox is waiting for the CHS to put Cox
into contact with a trucker who will smuggle Cox and his family out of the
state.

cox and Barney have been working on producing suppressors for .22 caliber
pistols.cox said that they had constructed a device with vaseline and cotton
that is capable of suppressing sound for two magazines worth of .22 short
ammunition.cox said that he has a new device packaged up and ready to go when
he leaves the state.cox said that he and Barney video taped the production and
that they are going to make a DVD showing how to produce suppressors.

Cox said that he is carrying a 9mm compact Glock.He showed the weapon to·the
CHS and described how a suppressor does not work well on the Glock because the
barrel angles up with the·slide is locked to the rear.

Cox and Barney both expressed interest in purchasing suppressors from the CHS's
contact who will be supplying a suppressor to Vernon.Cox and Barney decided to
order springfield XD 9mm pistols with custom suppressors instead of stand alone
suppressors.

cox gave the CHS a list of property that he needs the CHS to pick up from cox's
residence.cox also gave the CHS a note authorizing the CHS to pick up Cox's HI<
93 rifle and full auto lower receiver from a gun dealer named "Ron" in downtown
Fairbanks.cox said that Ron sells guns to "patriots" at cost to help arm them .

.Cox then offered to trade the HI<93 rifle and full auto receiver to the CHS in
exchange for the 9mm pistol and suppressor.Cox instructed the CHS how to modify
a piece of the HK 93 ·upper in order to make the rifle fire in full auto mode.

Cox and Barney said that they were willing to meet with ~Drop zone Bill", the
seller of the suppressors, when Bill came to Fairbanks with the devices.

Cox and Barney said that they were making "wanted" posters on Barney's
computer. Cox said that the posters were patterned after the movie Robin
Hood.cox said that he was depicted as Robin Hood and that DA Arne, Ron wall,
Ron woods, Burke Barrick, and Judge McConahy were the villains.cox said that'
the posters would have photos of the subjects and the words "Wanted, Dead or
Alive".cox said that they were going to hang the posters around town and that
he would give some to the CHS to distribute.

The CHS said that Cox is trying to grow a beard and that cox seems fatigued and
,really ready to leave the state.
