ABSTRAK

Risiko Kerja dapat terjadi pada setiap pekerjaan industri, terutama pada area
limestone crusher PT Lafarge Cement Indonesia. Hal ini disebabkan oleh
seberapa besar potensi bahaya yang terdapat pada area tersebut. Oleh sebab itu
perlu dilakukan pengendalian terhadap bahaya dan risiko agar dampak yang
diterima tidak terlalu besar. Dalam melakukan pengendalian perlu dilakukan
klasifikasi bahaya dengan tujuan untuk menentukan prioritas pengendalian bahaya
yang akan dilakukan. Untuk melakukan klasifikasi potensi bahaya dapat
menggunakan metode HIRARC. Melalui metode HIRARC ini yang telah
dilakukan pada lokasi limestone crusher PT Lafarge Cement Indonesia,
didapatkan klasifikasi risiko dengan kategori high risk dengan persentase 44%
yang merupakan prioritas pengendalian dari risiko tertinggi pada area limestone
crusher.

Work risk can occur in any industrial work, especially in PT Lafarge Cement
Indonesia limestone crusher area. This is due to how much potential of hazard in
the area. Therefore, it’s necessary to control the hazards and risks so that can
reduce the impact receive. In controlling, we need to make classification of
hazards to determining the priority of controlling the hazards. To make its
classification, we can use HIRARC method. Through this HIRARC method that
has been implied at PT Lafarge Cement Indonesia's limestone crusher location,
we obtain a risk classification is high risk with a percentage (44%) which is the
priority of controlling the highest risk in the limestone crusher area.
